That’s Shanon and she is one of the bloggers in Uganda spreading the word about Compassion International. This was the first time she had met, Dissan, the child that she is sponsoring. For 32 dollars a month the lives of these children change dramatically. 32 dollars a month helps one child get one step closer away from poverty. Best of all they begin to understand the love of Christ. Christ said people will know you are my followers by the way in which you treat others and to take care of the poor, orphaned , and widowed. Maybe it’s time to start being true Christ followers.
